These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for cooperation with CTDesign regarding graphic design services. By placing an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions. Cooperation is conducted electronically unless otherwise agreed.

§2 Scope of Services
CTDesign provides graphic design services, including but not limited to: logos, banners, leaflets, posters, website graphics, animations, and other promotional materials.
Each order is individually quoted based on the complexity of the project.
§3 Deadlines and Payments
The completion date is determined individually for each order.
CTDesign reserves the right to change the completion date due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g. force majeure, delays on the client’s side).
Payment for the service is made based on an issued invoice.
The project and related copyright are delivered after the full payment is received.
§4 Copyright
CTDesign transfers economic copyright to the client as individually agreed.
CTDesign reserves the right to present completed projects in its portfolio (unless the client objects).
The client may not modify the project without the author’s consent (unless otherwise agreed).
§5 Complaints and Revisions
The client has the right to request revisions within a set number of rounds, as agreed before the project begins.
Revisions requested after the project is completed may be subject to additional charges.
§6 Final Provisions
For matters not regulated herein, the provisions of copyright and civil law shall apply.
These Terms & Conditions are effective as of the date of publication and may be updated.
